To be clear, "Vortex Core PCs" is a fully independent, UK based operation, we're not affiliated with "Vortex PCs", and don't share ownership, stock, or staff with, any other company trading under a similar name or including "Vortex" in the name like and including "Vortex PCs".

Vortex Core PCs is a trusted British UK based Gaming PC manufacturer and merchant, our specialised teams designs and builds high performance gaming PCs with a focus on quality, peformance and value.

Each system is assembled with attention to detail, combining carefully selected components with value and performance in mind while including rigorous testing to ensure consumer performance and longevity.

Vortex Core started with a simple goal, to build gaming PCs that focus on what really matters in a Gaming PC, performance, reliability and value for what you buy. Too many systems prioritise profiting from buyers or high margins over quality or value of their systems like skipping over quality with cheap unbranded parts. Every build is put together with attention to detail, using trusted branded components tested to ensure consistent, stable performance.

At Vortex Core PCs, we take value in providing a smooth user experience and quality in our products, we take many steps to achieve this in our proccess of building our gaming systems.

Product Design

At Vortex Core PCs, we offer a range of gaming and computer systems designed to suit different needs, from high to light peformance gaming and general home use.

We carefully select and match components, as seen in our product specification or brands list, to ensure each system delivers balanced performance, reliability, and value. Every part is chosen with purpose, focusing on compatibility, efficiency, and real world performance rather than just maximising profit

Assembly

Each system is assembled with attention to detail, ensuring a clean and well structured build. We focus on proper cable management, secure installation, and robust testing to maximise both performance and longevity.

The result is a system that not only performs well but also maintains stability and thermal efficiency during extended use.

Testing

Before any PC is shipped, it goes through a full testing process to ensure it operates exactly as expected. This includes performance checks, stability testing, and overall system verification under real world conditions with software like Cinebench, OCCT,

3D-Mark and more

This step ensures that every system is ready to perform reliably from the moment it is powered on and a system that not only performs well but also maintains stability and thermal efficiency during extended use.

Shiping

Once a PC is ready we put lots of effort into making sure that it arrives to you in one sound piece and setting up the PC to not be be an issue at all. To do this, we ship all PCs with expanding foam bags or another sort of cushioning inside the build to protect the components inside like the Cooler, Graphics Card, Motherboard and more.

We then use the case box specifically designed for that build inside another larger, double walled box with a gap between for cushioning with bubble wrap or other material, we then cover the second outer box with plastic shipping corners to absorb any harsh impacts along the way with clear fragile stickers and tape.

All Vortex Core systems are prepared so they are ready to use with minimal setup. From initial boot to everyday use, the goal is to provide a smooth and straightforward experience without unnecessary complications.

We build every PC around our principles, quality and fair pricing, not squeezing the biggest margin possible out of every sale or profiting lots from customers. That means high quality recognised components and no unbranded or low quality parts, and pricing that's checked against what other builders charge for the same spec, not set to whatever we want.

Every Vortex Core PC is fully tested before it ships, so problems are rare, but if something does come up, get in touch and we'll walk you through some simple troubleshooting first. If that doesn't resolve it, we'll explain exactly what happens next and get things sorted as quickly as possible.

Every PC comes with a free 1 Year Warranty as standard, so support like this is never an added cost to you.

Once your order's confirmed, we build and fully test your PC before dispatch, usually within 3 to 5 working days. This can occasionally vary depending on stock availability, current demand, or your specific build, but we'll keep you updated if anything's likely to take longer than expected. Standard delivery wont take more than just over a week in most cases.

Every build is properly packaged before it leaves us. Internally, foam padding supports and cushions components like the cooler and graphics card so nothing can shift or get damaged in transit.

The PC ships in its original case box, placed inside a second, larger outer box with additional cushioning, along with a UK 3-pin power cable. This is what's known as double boxing, and combined with the internal padding, it's how we make sure your PC arrives exactly as it left us.

Yes. Every product page includes options for memory, storage, case colour and more, with the price updating upon checkout as you choose. If you're after something outside those options entirely, a specific colour, a themed build, or anything bespoke, get in touch and we'll talk it through and consult free of extra charge.

Every PC includes a free 1 Year Warranty as standard. If you'd like longer cover, 2 and 3 year warranty options are available at checkout on every build.
