DISPATCH TIMES

Certain Vortex Core PC Builds are built to order rather than held as pre-built stock. Most orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of purchase, once your build has been fully assembled and tested.

In rare cases, dispatch may take slightly longer due to stock availability, demand, or your specific build configuration. We'll keep you updated if this applies to your order.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only meaning we have the right to cancel orders places outside of this area.

COURIERS AND TRACKING

We select our courier based on the value of your build, always with signature required on delivery and full insurance cover included. Every order is tracked from dispatch to delivery, and your tracking details will be sent to you once your PC leaves us.

Signature on delivery is required for every order. We do not use "leave in safe place" or "leave with neighbour" delivery options.

PACKAGING

Every PC is double boxed, shipped in its original case box, placed inside a larger outer box with additional cushioning, corner supports, and internal padding to protect it in transit. Full details of our packaging process are available on our About Us page.

Please retain all original packaging for the duration of your warranty (minimum 1 year), in case your PC ever needs to be returned for repair or service.

DELIVERY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order has been delivered and signed for at the address provided, responsibility for the item passes to you. We're not able to offer a refund or replacement for items that go missing or are stolen after a confirmed, signed signature delivery.

If you believe your delivery was mishandled, or the signature on delivery doesn't match who received it, please contact us and we'll help investigate with the courier.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Every shipment is fully insured, and we'll handle the claims process directly so you're not left dealing with the courier yourself.
