RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vortex Core PCs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to resolve it fairly and quickly.

30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your PC, this exceeds the legal minimum 14-day cancellation period required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return, the system must be in its original condition, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging.

This return period applies to our standard configurable builds, including any options selected through our online configurator. It does not apply to fully bespoke or commissioned builds, including custom colour schemes, themed designs, or any build agreed outside our standard configurator, as these are made to your specific individual request.

For a standard, non faulty return, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A more modest 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund, reflecting the cost of returning a made to order build to resale condition.

To start a return, contact us at general@vortexcorepcs.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

FAULTY OR DEAD ON ARRIVAL

If your PC arrives faulty or damaged, or develops a genuine hardware fault at any point within your warranty period, we will cover return shipping costs in both directions, and first attempt to repair the product or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer. No restocking fee applies to faulty returns.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for dead on arrival issues, with photos or video of the problem. We'd also recommend filming your PC as you recieve and unbox and first test it, this can speed up return/refund processes

1 YEAR WARRANTY

Every Vortex Core PC comes with a minimum 1 Year Warranty covering hardware faults and component failure under normal use. Extended 2 and 3 year warranty options are available at checkout on every build.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised modifications, component upgrades, or faults caused by tampering, opening, or repair work carried out by the customer or anyone not affiliated with Vortex Core PCs.

To make a warranty claim, contact general@vortexcorepcs.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non refundable on change of mind returns. If your return is due to our error or a faulty product, original delivery charges are refunded in full.
