Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I buy from Vortex Core PCs instead of other sellers?
At Vortex Core PCs, the focus is on building systems that perform properly, last longer and offer real value. Every PC is carefully assembled using trusted components as seen in our brands list, optimised for value and peformance and fully tested before it reaches you.
We don’t rely on mass production or unnecessary extras, instead we prioritise build quality and performance, allowing us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining a high standard. This means you get a clean, reliable system that delivers consistent performance and a better overall experience compared to many off-the-shelf or competitor alternatives.
What should I do if I encounter an issue with my PC?
Every Vortex Core PC is fully tested before it’s shipped to ensure it performs as expected.
However, if you do experience any issues, support is available to help you resolve them as quickly as possible. You’ll be guided through simple troubleshooting steps first, and if further assistance is needed, the next steps will be clearly explained to get your system back up and running. The priority is making sure your PC works exactly as it should.
When will I expect my PC to arrive once purchased?
Once you've paid for the PC and the order has gone through, we dispatch the PC usually the same day up to 1-2 days (although this can vary) and the arrival after shipment is usually next day, making it roughly a few days to just over a week from order in most cases.
How will the PC be shipped?
Before we send our builds to be dispatched and shipped, we take precautions into preparing the PC for shipment and packaging the build to make sure it doesn't get damaged during transit. We have foam inserts placed inside the PC to cushion components like the cooler or GPU. This way the computer doesn't get damaged or components snap while being transported.
The PC itself will come with its original case box inside another larger box with extra cushioning including a 3-pin Type G UK power cable [This is called double-boxing].

This means that, plus with the additional packaging inside the PC, we can ensure that your PC will arrive safely without any complications or damages during transport.
